Fear of flying

Did you take the tablets? My flight over here (Egypt) was fine. Flying back on the redeye Thursday night but I doubt I'll sleep...
 
Going to England then to Italy on Friday and I always have a small fear at the beginning but it eventually gets better. I got myself packed with some movies and music.
