Yes, you can use custom db and turfs online. ;)

Tested it already. Though, your frame rates might suffer a bit, so beware. (I use Regularcat pitch patterns though).
 
just copy your

FIFA 13\Game\data\sceneassets\pitch\

directory these files:
pitchcolor_0_textures.rx3
pitchmowpattern_0_textures.rx3

and need regenerate with Fifa13 i68Regenerator or FHL-BH-Editor
the 3 BUMP then interchangeable
