Hi. For me PES 2018 and 2019 is stuttering, its not FPS issue, more like game forces 60 Hz when i have 144 Hz monitor, how i can fix this? It really hurt eyes, e.g PES 2017 and 2020/21 is working fine and have no stuttering at all, please help is someone knows how to fix it.

Basically i made the game to run in windowed in settings.exe which works in 144hz mode (weird but okay) and then i used winexp to make game run at fullscreen (u need to tick Maximized and untick WS__BORDER) so game is running in windowed mode but its fullscreen
