Google's football game - Gameplay football is back

Surprised I never heard about it here.
So appearently Google forked the old Gameplay Football and made it an AI experimentation field. Pretty cool if you ask me:

Here you can find a compiled version (In the releases), easier to run and play (Google's version doesn't have menus as far as I know):

AFAIK they used it only to train AI in decision making, nothing more.
