IMO Codemasters no longer have the resources to do a 5 platform title so they've gone for the cheapest option with the highest payout, makes sense in one way but it's rather embarrassing for them, they used to be so influential, now they're mostly irrelevant.

aye, there's possibly certain truth in your word. but as long as they don't go bankrupt :), it's still fine by PC+wheel users like me. as a semi-sim semi-arcade racing fan, I thoroughly enjoy the race driver series, maybe except grid 2. it's not that bad either, it was just too arcade-ish to the rest.

That blurry cockpit cam is terrible. Why do they do that. It looks better than the first two Grid games, but I'm very wary when it comes to Codemaster's games these days after sampling some of their underwhelming games such as F1, Op Flashpoint, Dirt and Grid. Darin Gangi over at insidesimracing.com seems to like it though, so it might be alright.
