The Brits here are so lucky, they don't have any alcohol/porn restrictions, and their morale shows it. I think the worst thing is that evo-web is blocked at my work computer, damn US government filter! Well that and the fact that I don't have my PC here and I can't play glorious PES 2008/Call of Duty 4...

Bule: Yes I am originally stationed out of Incirlik Air Base, I have been there since August 2006 and I leave this August. I visited your city of Istanbul over New Year's and it was a great experience.

Thanks for everyone who replied, I really appreciate it! To answer some of the questions, I am not in any combat role, my job is to maintain the military airfield, it's pretty boring but I won't be going "outside the wire". I have all the respect in the world for all the guys (US, UK, Australia, Canada, Poland, Ukraine, etc.) who risk their lives every day trying to get the bad guys off the streets. I really miss the evo-web community, you guys are really awesome and it's great to see people from all over the world (US, Mexico, Turkey, Portugal, England, Northern Ireland just in this thread) come together because of football and PES.

You are too modest - Stay safe mate. The fact you are there at all is great. I'm sitting in an office in London Safe as Houses - Not a worry in the world! :DD
