I've downloaded an option file and I would like to know how can I change the username...

Go into options, go into WE data control then "Enter Save name".

Scroll down to the option file in the bottom left corner and hit Circle. Put in the name you want and hit start. Done.

Don't have this option in Fernando v 5 :(

No you don't. Do what I said above. The patch only translates the text, it doesn't change the functions of the menus!
