I need some help. To create faces is easy, but install them into Fifa is a big mess! I study some threads an forums, but maybe someone can help me:
1. Can I create faces for new players and add them to the game without replacing other faces?
2. Can I add faces to my youth player in careermode?

Not sure about that, I think you have to replace other face slots as far as I have learned through soccergaming forums. If that's the case, you have a big range of IDs of female players faces that you can use.

I might be wrong though, but that's what I know for the moment.

Okay, I think so too. Don't know If we can use female faceslots for male player. I think I have to study some more threads.
