Does anyone know of a way to enable injuries in pes 2020 on Xbox one?

ive gone through countless seasons on master league and had 1 that lasted a couple of days. For a game that prides itself on realism this is pretty unrealistic.

any help would be appreciated.

have I set up the game wrong???
