I've heard around the net that you can get Players like Arshavin, and, more recently, new WHU signing Radoslav Kovac from the "International" league in club transfers. I'm playing on the PC. However, there is no "International" league when I go to club traNSFERS. Is this a PC- generic problem? How can it be rectified?
