Once there were some in download section but now It has been deleted so u should ask someone to up it again

Yes I know, but where can I get a Fernando's translation-patch at this time? everything of WE9 and WE9jl is gone.

Ohh, well ...., WE10jl is coming out for about 2 weeks, so it's not that horrible :)
