Jaws star Roy Scheider dies at 75

I was gutted when I heard the news, he was a great actor and an all round nice guy... I've never been in the sea since Jaws, It traumatised me for life... He made some great films.
My thoughts go out to his Family and Friends..

Yep, great actor. Aside from Jaws, also remembered by me in 2010 and Blue Thunder as you say above.

One of my 'sad' feelings from watching films growing up was his partner in Blue Thunder who got his fingers broke (then killed?) and Roy's acting... he was proper cut up and that made me really sad!
