Bloody hell that was hard going!! :SHOCK:

Crossed the line in 1hr 10m according to the clock, I reckon it was more like 8m though, I started a bit further back ;))

Did okay until just after 4k when I had to stop and walk for a bit, then it became a run and walk session but I thought I did alright considering I hadn't trained for it :DD

When I was putting my coat in the baggage tent, a kid shouts to me "AFC Liverpool!" when he spotted my shirt, I replied "Who do you support mate?", "The Dock", "Oh right, you've got a very good team there mate", "I know" he said :LOL:

And no Jay, we weren't all running from the police ;))

Well done mate - I think I did my 10k run in 1hr 2mins - Around that anyway.

I got to just after 5k then I had to have a breather :DD
