Manchester City Thread

Ay, Just think of it like any other European tie, We lost but got the away goal so its not that bad.

And if it's still 1-0 to us after extra time, we go through.

From bbc
2022: So to be clear - away goals count double in the Carling Cup semis but only after extra-time. So, as it stands, the match will go to an extra 30 minutes at Villa Park. But it will be Blackburn in the final if there are no more goals.

Thats the one! So as long as we get one, which is verly likly you will have to score 3 on the night to go through without pens.

Well if Villa and Blackburn can score 10 goals between them, surely us lot can manage to triple that.

Diouf to score 16 then miss a penalty in the shootout.

Adam Johnson's looking like an alright player at the moment, I wonder if he'll be able to keep playing once you (most likely) get a big name Wide man in the summer.

I can't think of any big name wide man that would go to City though YG.

Of the ones who might move, Ribery certainly won't, Di Maria wouldn't go to City (and isn't really that big a name), and then I can't really think of anyone else.

Ronaldo, Messi, etc aren't gonna budge.

I reckon Johnson will get plenty of time next year once Mancini realises SWP is actually shit.
