A Chelsea fan sticking up for a Man U fan? How unusual. Anyway, RVN's goal at Highbury last season was down the left side but he only beat one player.

Henry scored a few headers last season and is actually very good in the air. Its a popular misconception that he is crap in the air.

My opinion ain't biased mate, I accept RVN is a class player, all I said was that I wouldn't swap Henry for anyone. I would assume you would say the same about Mutu or Crespo.

No.....I wouldn't say the same. You and the mancs are both one eyed so I take anything you say with a pinch of salt. And that includes Henry's apparent prowess in the air.
 
Dunno about crossing as he's a centre forward, but I've seen him go down the wing, beat two players and score......it was at Highbury a few months back.

As for Henry being crap in the air, couldn`t agree more. But most good players HAVE to have a bad area in their game.

As for Mancs being one-eyed, we aren`t all the same, read my posts in the Chelsea thread, I showed my respect to you guys.

This question Butatista? Ruud is not a free-kick taker, we have the variety of Giggs, Ronaldo, Silvestre can hit them, even Forlan. But yes, Henry is a quality set-piece taker, and we DO miss Beckhams free-kicks, I don`t care what any United fan says.

Changing the subject guys, we have BIG interest in signing Van Der Vaart. What does everyone think?

I agree he is quality. We need him to replace Dennis Bergkamp. Probably can't afford in though..... :(

Nah, not this year. Next year maybe - although your squad looks pretty threadbare at the minute, I think Fergie will have the cheque book out in January to replace P Neville.
 
We arent looking threadbare to be honest. We've got a heap of midfielders, not as many as you like, but a lot. We're short at the back. Apart from Wes Brown we havent really got any proper cover and we've resorted to playing Quinton at the back.

Yeah, Lampard and Gerrard are quality - they are both playing superbly at the moment.

Yeah, I'm not saying he isnt doing well there. Its just that playing midfielders at the back shows that we are low in numbers there.
