master league problem..

so its last fixture of the season. i win. afterwards it goes to the usual loading thing and should be loading the end of season stats (relegated, promoted and everything like that) but midway through loading it gets stuck and doesnt move at all...ever..so basically crashed. why??:(
ive tried over and over but it does same thing each time.
 
I have had a problem where ive got to halftime during a match in master league, its about to go back to the screen to select options like formation etc and my PS2 has got stuck as well.
