yes you can ( mayby not for licensed teams that have licenced stadiums (chelsea-stanford bridge, ac milan-san siro, etc). I changed the stadium for some italian team who doesnt have a licensed stadium to check.

You can change the stadiums using Complusion's PES5 Editor.
