Ntsc to pal converter?

Wont play on My tv only in black and white , fell like im watching jaunty commentating and playing.


The normal way is to back it up and patch it with ntsctopal but that doesnt work kills the game.


Anyone know of another way to convert to NTSC besides buying a new tv.
