permanent fix for stutter/cpu overheating issues because of trying to run on 120fps on 144hrz monitors on pc for pes 2021

i got a permanent fix for this issue to all people who are lagging get cpu hammered with heat and with input lag
download RTSS
1-set vsync off in pes settings.
2-set v sync to always on in amd control panel
3-run rtss, add pes2021 exe to the list, and limit ur fps to 65
run game and enjoy stutterless 60 fps gameplay.
