Can someone please clarify this for me? Are lower rated teams nerfed this year? I am downloading this game right now but will refund if lower rated teams play just as good as world class team. So please let me know.
 
I haven't bought it, but you know what? I'm not even anxious at all!
I don't even think I'm going to buy it this year. That's how mad I am at Konami.

What cpks i can use online, only logos team names and kits? what about scoreboards?

BTW played one game- great PES this year
 
Do the fake UCL and UEL have different scoreboards or they share the main one?
 
Played two matches both were different game completely in Superstar. This year tactics is more effective than pes 2018. Cpu just changed their tactics in 2nd half man the game has changed completely just in exhibition. Game running smooth in highest possible graphics with the new nvidia driver. Its a beautiful game

Do you know what it's used for?

Japan isn't on this list, I wonder if it's better to chose South Korea or Other countries.
 
When will the maintenance finish? Its just Thursday regular one or this will extend?
