Hi! There is any place that can i buy a original steam copy of PES 2021? Or an account that have the game?
 
No, there is no place for that anymore, that ship has long sailed. Football Life 24 is your only viable choice these days. Since selling/buying Steam accounts is illegal and against Steam's terms of service, you won't get any help on that question here.
