Nah, Jacques Villeneuve, on the way to winning his sole world championship in 1997.

Was a huge Williams fan growing up in the 90s, primarily because of Damon Hill, but I loved the Rothmans livery, and the '97 car was IMO the best looking F1 car around.

I think I was too young to see Nigel's glory days, though I was born when he won the title in '92, and remember clearly him winning his final race at Adelaide in 1994, though that was only 'cause Hill and Schumcaher took each other out.
