Is there such things?

Please give me a link, because most of them on the Internet are with Chinese League name

I would like to have a fully English league name, player name and newest transfer option files?

Please help

P.S I couldn't use RCET WE9:UE Translation Patch caz my WE9 UE is an UMD
 
it's a shame you cannot use the english translation patch, it is very good. You could always try the option file that came with the translation patch, that might help, or wait a few weeks and get pro evo 5 on the psp.
