Joe it's not always bollocks but I do agree, you should always be the judge of games yourself. I don't take reviews as gospel, I never have - I just use them as a guide. I mean, Eurogamer said Burnout Paradise was worth buying for God's sake!

:LOL: Great line. Hopefully it's bollocks though, I find most people who review games are just so fucking bitter because they didn't make the game themselves they feel the need to slag it off to try and influence people not to buy it :ROLL:.

I'm with Joe, in that I never read game reviews - if I play it and enjoy it, then it's good enough for me :)).

My copy is being delivered to my work in Ramsgate, hopefully it'll be delivered today. I'm out working in Bredgar, but if it has been delivered I will be going to pick it up from the office this afternoon!

I'm hoping for some Vegas 2 tonight!!! Wooo :DANCE:

Following the success of the tournament we had for the first Rainbow Six Vegas we have decided that what better way to kick off a series of tournaments than with one celebrating the release of on of the most anticipated gaming sequals.

Signups are now open and will close on Sunday March 30th at 16:00 GMT with the brackets for round 1 being announced at 20:000 (GMT) the very same day.

The battle will then commence on Wednesday 2nd April at 19:00 (GMT) as 32 teams battle to become the ShopTo Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Champions and earn a place in the ShopTo tournament record book.

More in depth details on the rules and regulations can be found below and if you have any further questions, please ask either here or email me direct ([email protected]) with the title RSV2 Tournament Enquiry.

Now, what would be the point in having a tournament without prizes?, I hear you ask, well do not fear.

The winning team of the tournament will take away a grand prize of £1000 with the runners up taking a total of £250 and third place taking £125.

The tournament will finish on Wednesday 23rd April which is well within time for you all to get prepared for the release of Grand Theft Auto IV which is released 6 days after.

Once the team limit has been reached the registrations will be stopped so get them registrations in quick before all the spots go.

How To Sign Up
* All members of your team (including substitute and leader clearly labelled) need to be sent in a list to my email address ([email protected]) with the heading RSV2 Tournament Team Submission.
* You will need to include the persons full name, XBOX 360 gamertag and shopto forum name (if applicable)
* A team name will also need to be decided, this will also be used for the fixture table.
* Should there be any spaces left, a bye spot will be entered in to the draw and whichever team recieves this will subsequently proceed to the next round.

the only people i remember playing it with last time were CW, Tim and Jay but loads are getting it this time so i bet we can have 2 or 3 teams :))

co-op multiplayer is going to be amazing if single player is anything to go by

i need to up my marksman rank to unlock my trusty MTAR21 though, oh and i got a 5 headshots in a row achievement as well :))

like i said before this game is about the multiplayer

but i do like the single player as well in this tbh but nothing much has changed and thats why its getting shit reviews

Great, don't see how it's worse than the first one. Much of the same but great nonetheless. Easy to control, customisation is fantastic and very deep (heavy armour or maneuverability, or 50/50, your choice, plus tons of unlockables). Story is good, don't see a problem with it at all, but online is even better.

It's very very tactical but it's better for it, you can't just run into a room, you have to stick together. Works great with someone you trust, not so great with some wanker who runs into every room head-first, gets killed and then makes you wait for him to respawn.

Unlockable-wise it's like Battlefield, there's so much to unlock you'll have to work your arse off to get it all. Really looking forward to getting stuck into the online play.

Great game.
