Hi friends. 
I posted this question over at the ML adventures thread, but didn't receive a response there so maybe I can get some help here..
What are the rules for maximum number of international players in Serie B (Italy)? I would love to start a career with Pescara or perhaps a created team, and would like to follow the transfer rules as much as possible. I searched online but couldn't find any specific info.
I am more familiar with South American club transfer rules, so any help would be appreciated. I am basically looking for the rules for maximum international, or non-italian, or non-EU players. How does this work? Is there a limit on how many non-Italian players there can be on one team? What about the European Union, or the rest of the world?
