"Server not found"

Here are some screenshots that another evo-web member has sent me. For about two weeks now he's getting this "server not found" message anytime he tries to connect the site. Both with IE or Firefox the problem remains. Either using his bookmarks link or following links from another sites or google, he just can't access here.

Any ideas how to help him out?



 
Must bei down to his Service Provider, there's nothing we could do about it. So hopefully Jack's reply will help him.
 
Thanks for trying to help guys, but neither direct link to forums worked for him, neither it's due to service provider (we're on the same provider).
 
If you're both on the same ISP, and one of you can get onto the site, it's something to do with his modem or his computer. There's nothing we can do bar deleting the entire website to make that message appear just for him, even a banning wouldn't make the site "disappear".

All I can say is, check the settings on the modem, make sure there's no keyword blocking enabled or anything like that, and do a full virus scan.
