The contract with the chinese club said that if a great team of europe want him, they could sell him if he want.

Completely wrong (as often).
Spurs and Ajax reached an agreement. Vertonghen and Spurs reached and agreement. The problem is between Ajax and Vertonghen and is about the percentage of the transfer fee that Vertonghen will get. Source? Vertonghen himself on Belgian television.

Vertonghens contract at Ajax has a clause entitiling him to something like 10-15% of any transfer fee paid, which Ajax are now refusing to honour
 
Yup, Vertonghen was paid less salary then other Ajax players because of a clause in his contract stating that he gets 15% of the transfer fee. However, Ajax are now claiming the clause only counts when the transfer fee is between 15 and 20 million Euros, and Tottenham only wants him for 12 million. That's why it's very likely that he'll just stay at Ajax for one more season and then get a free transfer.(Only has 1 year left on his contract)

we won´t spend that much money on him..it´s his release clause by Bologna...he is linked but that is to much for him imho...Kagawa signed for 15 for United and he is two times German champion and german cup winer...

Kagawa contract had only 1 year left, whereas Ramirez' runs until 2016.
 
didn´t knew he only had one year left..still 20 mil. for Ramirez is to much i think... i wouldn´t be angry if LFC did signed him tbf..
