This Dark Souls run I found astounding - less than 30 minutes:

Utterly incredible. He says in the comments it took him around 550 attempts. Some runs he'd get close to the end and then die so have to start over again etc. Mental. Just mental. Especially given the nature and difficulty of the game. But it's now classed a world record run. Fair play.
 
Did you see the SpeedRunsArchive charity stream "Games Done Quick" the other week? A full week of speedruns. Some incredible runs. I love watching them.
