The "Ignore" feature need to be developed. Actually "block" feature need come.
Because I ignored a member but he still can like my posts. I don't want it.

I agree with you on the half-baked "Ignore" function, it simply doesn't really make any sense in its current form, you might as well not use it at all. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it, there's no options we could tweak or improve. Same goes for a block feature. It needs to be made by the Xenforo devs before we can consider implementing anything like it.
