That he's a complete plank. He hasn't got the bollocks to be a manager, I will never forget when he tried to substitute Mido and Mido just shook his head and said "no". He then stayed on for the full 90 minutes.

The Middlesbrough chairman keeps saying that he's too nice for management, he can say that again.
