I normally just put it on all auto train etc and then give them a rest when they get up to 75%, but im looking to work on theme individually this time. Can you recommend any traning rechemes to get then developing even better...
 
just check for every player individually which stats can be improved and then set the attributes. Just makes sure u give em a rest every week else they'll get injured
