Transferring Option Files

As I have no Max Drive I'm wondering is there any other methods of getting the option files onto my PS2 version of Pro Evo 5? I have a PSP and was thinking they'd probably be a way to do it using that, is there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
AS far as I know there is no way to do it even using the PSP unless you have PES5 for PSP and you transfer the data back to the PS2 but it wont contain all the edited kits/boots etc that you might have made.

Yeah I have the game for the PSP but theres still no way? Damn:(
