Updated player rosters?

Does anyone know where I can find an updated player roster for PES5?

I don't have a Max Drive and have already started some tournaments and memorial matches so don't want to lose those by updating so does anyone know of anywhere with all the player names and team names updated so I can enter them manually.

I had a look at Gamefaqs but there's nothing there.
