Are the PES5 PS2 servers up & running yet?

I cant connect and i am about to change for the xbox version. So if anyone has played it online with the retail copy plaese post urgently.

damn, there are 3 threads about people telling how the online-ps2 is working.

I KNOW HOW to connect PS2 online i need to know if the servers are up as it WONT let me connect!

i cannot check wright now (at work).
yesterday and the day before there were no problems at all.
