Using ML Team In Exibition Match

Is there any way I can use my master league team (with my players stats all beefed up) in a exibition match against my mates? when I try to do it, my players stats just stay as default.
 
You have to save your "Best Eleven" inside the ML and when you choose your ML team in the exhibition match choose the best eleven file which is like a few kbs, doesnt take up much space
 
I can't get the option to save my best eleven, just the option to load it. is this because I have to do it in the off season or something else?

Where you actually save your master league game, there is another option in the save menu called save "my team data". then when you load that up in an exibition match, all your players will have their increased/decreased stats.
