Just wondering if a PS2 option file editor for Winning Eleven 2009 on the PS2 has emerged yet? And if not, how else can I edit? Hex Editor?
 
its not..i think you have edit manual with in game editor..
or you just can download kenlee OF for WE2009 its the best OF i think until now...
 
any news about we2009 Option file editor ???
 
wow, editor for ps2, how about we 2002 in ps1, can anyone tell me hot to edit that, from the club until the bgm song ?, i hope someone can, thank.
