it's no longer hands on, were you have to work at it for an hour or two. this time its as easy as pressing buttons. there's a 'rest' option to get rid of fatigue. you can do the whole team or just certain players. it helps!

That is my favorite new option the training mode took an hour and thatwas just doing it once between games.
