Do you make your own Curry Mutton?

I have tried a couple of recipes for it but there not up to scratch, you fancy posting yours up so i can give it a go ;)
 
Curried Goat, rice and peas tonight

Made a beautiful Chicken Pie last week. It was out of Jamie Olivers 30 minute meals book
 
Thats the first time ive seen it tbh, i was just searching for a picture of what i made and found that. Ill have a good look at it and see if i can find anything i fancy.
