What he's saying, although not very well (he's not English), is that "a person sees one Welsh idiot and then thinks all the Welsh are idiots, but an intelligent person doesn't do that" - in a response to Gomito criticising him for a Craig Bellamy reference.
 
Although I live in Wales, I'm not Welsh. I was born in England. Or have I missed something here?
