just had winning eleven 9 dvd copy given to me, but what's the best to use to play it.
PS2 SLide Tool & PAL Swap Magic V3.6 Software or chipped ps2.

just use swap magic I do and it works fine, it is cheaper and it will not mess up ur PS2 the way a chip would.
 
I am desperate to get a copy of the game but can not get it anywere can u please help me

If your console is a slimline then swap magic and the slide tool, but if its a normal sized ps2 i'd get a swap magic and a slide card.
