I'm searching for the download but is impossible.
Back in 2012 Konami tried to make a MMO, they tried again in 2014 and failed.
Only now with eFootball they are in business coopeting with FIFA Online 4.

I believe even if you have the game files, you will need someone to develop a server emulator (with reverse engineering or not??) for it to make it work.

@Sany023 already made an installer for this for PC, However I believe only training mode is available and thus, no way to play it online.

It works fine for me.
But you must know that is not working anymore! I'm not sure is it from OS, but it's not running. I have had it for years on my PC too.
