To not reply at all would have been a no comment the fact that you commented made it a comment
 
my comment stated i didn't have a comment to make so its a reply not a comment now you have forced me to make a comment on a pic that i didn't want to comment on which is why i put no comment

But by putting in that no comment you have brought attention to the picture that you didn't want to comment on and so now it looks like you are commenting over and over on a picture that you didn't want to comment on in the first place
